that here -
Umbraco 4.0.3, modified to run in shared hosting/Medium Trust
environments, with support for SQL Server Express user instances
and App_Code XSLT extensions. I rewrote this between the 23rd and
31st of December (including 3 days off for Christmas) and published
it on the 31st December 2009.
This release is unsupported, unofficial and not a
fork. Use entirely at your own
risk! If unsure, test on a clean install first.
