I supported Fashion Hire through a difficult period of their relationship with WorldPay, their payment gateway provider, after a system upgrade had caused the majority of credit card payments to fail authentication procedures. I worked with WorldPay to support the users at Fashion Hire and to resolve technical queries, along with some business logic remodelling and clarification on systems usage with end-users.

  • Kennet District Council

A short data analysis contract for Kennet District Council required me to undertake data correlation between a custom-made database holding important customer and financial data, and an off-the-shelf system built on the popular accounting system Agresso. Once correlation had been completed, customers had to be grouped according to batches of invoices that the Council wished to distribute progressively over the following weeks.

The initial budget for the project was between 4 and 8 weeks and the work was successfully completed in 40 billed hours.
As a sign of their appreciation, Kennet District Council provided a glowing business reference.
